Amy & Salim’s Wedding at Hartman’s Herb Farm

I am so excited to share the sweet and stylish wedding of Amy and Salim with you! These two sure have style and are unbelievably creative! To be honest, when I woke up on Saturday and saw rain in the forecast I got a little nervous. But I had no reason to worry. As soon as we arrived at the wedding location we were immediately greeted by soft paper lanterns, bright hues of yellow and accents of green and white. Everything was absolutely beautiful! No detail was overlooked. A photographer’s dream!

Amy and Salim, I am so honored to have been part of your special day. As a wedding photographer you are made privy to the intimate details and moments between two people on their wedding day. To see two people care for one another like Amy and Salim is truly special and makes me so grateful to be a wedding photographer.

Congratulation’s guys!

Ceremony/Reception Location: Hartman’s Herb Farm

Attire: JCrew, Steve Madden

Jewelry: Earrings created by Glamourpuss, necklace from Tiffany’s

Flowers: Amy and her sister did them!

Decorations: Amy, sister and friends created all the decorations! Paper hearts, Place Cards, Table Numbers.

Music: Amy was her own DJ!

Now onto the photos!

Hartman’s Herb Farm is such a special place, filled with little nooks, perfect for a wedding!

Check out the image on the left that my second shooter, my hubby!, took! When Amy and Salim first met, Salim asked Amy to suggest a book to him. She suggested A Sentimental Education, her favorite book, but told her he better buy his own copy because she wasn’t sharing! Ever since they have owned two copies of the book, sitting next to each other on the bookshelf. So for the wedding Amy decided that she would use her copy to decorate the hall and create a romantic touch! The hall was accented with sweet little hearts on the walls, tables, windows. I love when weddings have such intimate and meaningful details! Here is where she found the idea.

Do you see any resemblance?

Amy you are beautiful.

I told you that these two are sweet!
