One of my favorite things about being a wedding photographer is all the fabulous people I have met over this past year. One of those lovely people is Lena of Hair That Moves. Lena is a magician with hair, so was it really no surprise that I asked her to help me out for our Love Recaptured session this past Monday?
I first met Lena after we needed a last minute hair stylist for a ballerina inspired shoot we created this past Spring. I was in LOVE with the up-do she created for our model and couldn’t wait to work with her again! And I did, with one of my favorite brides Lisa, for her coastal wedding in Maine earlier this summer. I knew that she was the perfect person to help me with my hair when it came time for me to get in front of the camera.
She worked her magic on my frizzy, curly hair and I couldn’t have been happier! I felt like a model! My hair is always out of control and some how she tamed the beast and helped me to look and feel beautiful! (The fake eyelashes didn’t hurt either
)
Since Lena’s a hair stylist and always changing things up with her own hair, she hoped we could get a few pictures of her with a shorter do while she was down working with me. Of course I jumped at the chance and we spent some time walking around my crazy neighborhood together. So please leave some love for this beautiful lady! If you’re in need of a hair stylist, absolutely book Lena. And ps, she books up fast so don’t wait! Enjoy!
