The Chanler Newport Wedding Photos

Lauren & Freddy waited a very long time to celebrate their wedding day so when the day finally arrived there was palpable anticipation of the day’s festivities. It began with a heavy and dramatic fog that rolled in off Easton Bay and drifted onto the Cliff Walk of Newport. As Lauren got ready in the Renaissance Room of The Chanler, Newport, the fog slowly cleared and the sun poke through just in time for their First Look on the front lawn.

Throughout the day it was clear just how loved and celebrated Freddy and Lauren are. From the gushing toasts to the endless smiles, everyone was delighted to finally have the opportunity to celebrate Freddy & Lauren.

I think Freddy’s Dad expressed it best, “Obviously a parent doesn’t have a lot of say in whom their child dates and more importantly who they choose to marry. But if we did have a say we love a young woman with a kind and caring heart, a generous and giving spirt, a smart and creative intellect, and a loving adoring affection for our son. Well we didn’t have to put in that order because Lauren is all of those things. There’s not doubt in my mind, Freddy, you’ve found your soulmate”.

The Chanler, Newport provided the perfect backdrop for their day, a mix of casual elegance and historic charm - classic Newport vibes throughout. I’m so excited to share their day with you!

Product Highlight | Signature Album

Laney & Austin chose a beautiful navy blue linen cover for their Signature Album to compliment their chic city wedding held earlier this spring at the Providence Public Library. They selected a subtle imprinting of their names and wedding day on the cover. I love the simplicity of their design that paired perfectly with their images. Enjoy a sneak peek into their album!

Providence Public Library Wedding

Laney & Austin, what can I say? I hope it’s evident through their images the generous and kind couple that they are. I mean look at Austin’s smile - how infectious is his joy to be marrying Laney? Earlier this spring Laney & Austin wed at the historic Providence Public Library in an intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends. Loved ones had traveled from all over the country to witness the nuptials and many hugs were shared as they brought their two families together.

Providence Public Library Wedding

Danielle and Kyle were drawn to the beauty of the Providence Library and it's architecture. So much so that they decided to host their ceremony in the center of the library, walking down the dramatic staircase to meet one another at the aisle. Having rained on and off throughout the entire day, it seemed serendipitous that they had planned the majority of the day's festivities indoors. And while to some, being indoors might have been a bummer, to Kyle and Danielle, it was the perfect way to share in the beauty of the Library with their guests.

Each member of their families played an important role in their day - from the breaking of a place before the ceremony, to the signing of the ketubah to their ceremony, each aspect of Kyle and Danielle's wedding day was aimed to honor their families and celebrate their two lives becoming one.  What a joy to photograph!

Thank you Kyle & Danielle for including us in your day, it was a treat to watch you bring your families together and to celebrate with your loved ones!! Enjoy some of my favorite images!!

Product Highlight | Signature Album

This past summer I had the honor of photographing Molly & Andrew's estate wedding at the Glen Manor House tucked away on the shores of the Sakonnet River. It was a glorious summer day, the perfect backdrop for their blush and cream inspired wedding theme. Molly stunned in her Pronovias gown from Madeleine's Daughter while Andrew and his groomsmen looked handsome and dapper in their light grey suits.

Molly & Andrew chose the Signature Album bound in a light linen fabric, a perfect compliment their summer wedding. I hope that their album is something they can share with family and loved ones for years to come!!

Take a peak inside their album!!
